Housekeeping

For reservations of 10 nights or more, one complimentary mid-stay housekeeping service is included at selected villas only.

For reservations of less than 10 nights, additional housekeeping is available upon request for an extra cleaning fee. Requests are subject to staff availability.

Check-out time is 10:00 AM

Late check-out cannot be guaranteed, as it depends on upcoming arrivals and the housekeeping schedule.

Guests may request a late check-out one day prior to departure, and we will confirm availability at that time.

Pool & Basic Maintenance

Routine pool service and basic property maintenance may be conducted during your stay to ensure the villa and its facilities remain properly maintained. Service providers will announce themselves upon arrival and will not enter the villa.

Grocery Provisioning

Start your vacation the moment you arrive by having your groceries stocked before check-in. We recommend placing your order several weeks in advance, especially during peak season.

    Cruz Bay offers a variety of unique boutiques, local shops, and island favorites. The two main shopping areas are The Waterfront near the ferry dock and Mongoose Junction, with many charming stores located throughout town.     Ferry services provide convenient transportation between St. Thomas and St. John. Simply check the ferry schedule and choose the departure time that best fits your travel plans.

    Early check-in cannot be guaranteed, as it depends on the villa’s occupancy and whether there is a same-day turnover. However, we will do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible.

    There are not any cleaning fees added to your stay unless you request extra midstay cleaning. This varies depending on the Villa. Reach out to us for specific details on your Villa. 

    Is there Housekeeping provided?

    A midstay cleaning can be set up. This is included in the price for stays of 10 days or greater. Some of the villas include a midstay cleaning during any 7 day stay. Reach out to us for details on how your villa provides extra cleanings.Â
