When we bought Abrigado in March 2024, we weren’t sure if we would keep Sol Villas as the property manager but it made sense to give them a shot since they had all the home history. It wasn’t long before we realized how lucky we were to have inherited Henry and his team. We saw a lot of houses in our search and the upkeep at Abrigado was clearly top tier. In the last 2.5 years we have been nothing but pleased with the service and experience with Sol Villas. Henry is constantly on top of issues, maintenance and the feedback from guests is always positive. We would highly recommend Sol Villas to anyone looking for an excellent, proactive property manager.
