Krystal Dysam is the guest communications and services lead at SolVillasUSVI, where she ensures every visitor receives personal, professional support from the moment they book until departure. With a focus on clear, timely communication and exceptional hospitality, Krystal coordinates arrival logistics, curates local recommendations, handles special requests like early check‑ins or welcome amenities, and resolves any concerns quickly and thoughtfully.

A natural relationship-builder, Krystal listens closely to guests’ needs and anticipates details that enhance their stay — from family-friendly arrangements to island activity suggestions. Krystal helps turn each reservation into a relaxed, memorable island experience.

As SolVillasUSVI’s dedicated housekeeper, I take pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort across our villa portfolio. I manage thorough cleanings, linen and supply care, and final touch‑ups to ensure each guest arrives to a welcoming, pristine home. My work supports smooth turnovers and helps create the relaxed, hassle‑free island experience our guests expect.

Mr. Peanut serves as the official guest greeter for SolVillasUSVI, meeting arrivals with a warm welcome, helpful orientation, and local tips to help guests settle in quickly. Known for a cheerful, approachable presence, Mr. Peanut coordinates check‑in greetings, provides quick property walkthroughs, and points guests toward nearby restaurants, beaches, and activities so their island stay begins smoothly. However, he is very easily distracted when receiving attention.
