An additional bedroom cottage  which is complete with a kitchen and living area is available on limited access. Making this a spacious 6 bedroom villa that can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people. 

The Five bedrooms in the main home are made up of two king-sized suits and three queen size suits  offering another relaxing location to enjoy those panoramic views of the Caribbean.  The sixth suite located in the cottage that is adjacent to the main house very spacious with a queen sized bed and a bathroom with a tub and shower.  The cottage also provides its own kitchen and living area with seperate access.  All of the suites at Villa LaSusa are luxuriously appointed with towels, bedding and linens and beautifully decorated, ensuring a restful reprieve at the end of your adventurous days on St. John. 

The Great Room of the main home is perfect for gathering after enjoying the privacy of your suites.  A chef’s kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances is fully equipped with anything you might need to create an amazing meal.  The adjacent dining area hosts a beautiful table for ten that offers access to those beautiful Caribbean Blue waters from every seat.  Cathedral ceilings throughout the Great Room extend to the cozy living area, fully equipped with a HDTV.
